The rocky fire in lake county has grown to nearly the size of San Francisco. It is 27,000 acres. More than 42 square miles and it is 5 contained. 50 buildings have gone up in flames. Half of them homes. Thousands more are threatened. A triple digit temperature, very low humidity. Winds that are helping push this fire through really steep and difficult access type terrain.
