State Superintendent of Public Instruction Ryan Walters is considering legal action against a Wisconsin-based group calling for his resignation, he said last week.

Investigators reportedly determined that surveillance video contradicted information provided by Rebecca Rutherford-Raper, who has since been charged with accessory to a felony and obstructing an officer.
