Gurugram City Bus App Govt: The Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Limited (GMCBL) has terminated its contract with Uber for the Gurugaman Plus service due to low ridership and other factors. The service, which aimed to provide a convenient and cost-effective public transport option, had only four buses running on two routes. Despite efforts to attract passengers, such as reducing fares and offering discounts, the service did not receive sufficient footfall. The discontinuation highlights the challenges of providing last-mile connectivity and low bus frequency. GMCBL currently operates 150 buses on 26 routes in Gurugram.
