Several natural locations around Washington now go by new names, following an effort by the U.S. Department of the Interior to scrub Indigenous slurs from them.
OKANOGAN CO. Wash — Local tribes are working with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources to rename geographic locations with derogatory names. This week, the Washington State Committee on
