Local News Briefs: Engineer s office announces road closures Staff Report Engineer s office announces road closures ZANESVILLE - The Muskingum County Engineer s Office has announced that Pleasant Valley Road will be closed from May 3 to 7 from Ohio 146 to Cottage Hill Road.
