The north bay, a very cold 42. Chilly in the east bay at 43 degrees. As kira mentioned, it helped clear out the poor air quality we had been dealing with all week long. Right now, we are seeing gusty conditions especially for the hills. As far as the winds go, we are expecting those to die downgoing from windy to breezy. In vallejo, winds up to 40 Miles Per Hour sent branches into homes causing Power Outages. They have been on high alert since they issued the red flag warning for the bay area. It i
