Mumbai: In the ongoing TRP scam case, the Enforcement Directorate has attached immovable and movable properties and balances in bank account totaling Rs 32 crore of television channels namely Fakt Marathi, Box Cinema, and Maha Movie.
The Enforcement Directorate release said that investigations have revealed that the Proceeds of Crime for these channels is to the tune of Rs 46 crore. ED initiated an investigation on the basis of an FIR registered by Mumbai Police.
In its statement, NBA said that that the IBF membership of Republic TV should be suspended with immediate effect till the case related to manipulation of ratings is pending in the court.

New Delhi: Repeated reference to the PMO in the alleged chat between Arnab Goswami and ex-Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) Chief Executive Partho Dasgupta has sparked a controversy. According to the alleged chats, Goswami claimed to know about important government decisions in advance and predicted that MIB Secretary will be removed .
In the said conversation, Goswami can be seen promising Dasgupta, referred to as PDG in the chats, that has has shared points with the PMO and the MIB secretary should be leaving soon .
