Dead and two others injured has been released from police custody. Officers arrested 24yearold Jonathan Santos just minutes after the deadly shooting that happened in San Franciscos oceanview neighborhood. The shooting killed 65year old lian wu, a neighborhood resident who had been walking to a bus stop at the time. Two men were also injured. Santos was intially booked into jail without bail on suspicion of murder. But has now been released without charges pending further investigation. vicki police are investigating after a toddler drowned in a concord Swimming Pool yesterday.
