Troy police welcome four new officers to department during ceremony

Joining the department ranks are Jack Engster, Katherine Molesky, David Grant, and Kevin Koberger. Troy Police Chief Brian Owens addressed the new quartet and welcomed them to the department. - Advertisement - This is an important day for our department and city.
