TROY – A new market showcasing local handmade goods and food will open Sunday at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market winter location in Lansingburgh and will run every Sunday through March 28.
TROY, N.Y. â It s not unusual for businesses to collaborate with one another for special events or menu items. Many Capital Region small business owners have stated that working together promotes better business, and it s better to see one another as equals rather than competition.
But when you get three like-minded business owners together, whose products naturally lend themselves to collaborative projects, the result is a powerhouse of creativity and quality.
This month s spotlight looks at Shmaltz Brewing, Alias Coffee, and Primo Botanica - three businesses operating under one roof to bring downtown Troy artisanal beers, coffees, and chocolates of the highest quality.
