it s not even the only pending case involving trump in th state of new york. at some point this coming week donald trump is expected t travel back to new york from florida to be deposed in relation to a civil lawsui filed by the new york attorney general, letitia james last september, james filed 250 million dollar lawsuit against trump, his three eldes children, and the trum organization, accusing them of fraudulent business practices. in an earlier deposition for james s investigation last summer, trump refused to answe most questions, pleading the fifth more than 400 times. then, on april 25th of thi year, just 16 days from now, a trial is scheduled to begin in one of the two civil lawsuit that been filed against trum by the author and columnist, e jean carroll a few years ago, carol published a book in which sh accused the former president o raping her in the dressing roo of a luxury manhatta department store in the mi 1990s. trump denied careles accusations, saying they
