The ski resort. The storm that hit yesterday has cleared out. Theres sunshine and a lot of snow left behind. We have calls into the Placer County sheriff. Were told that search and rescue teams will be working in the avalanche area. And this from the caltrans cameras near the entrance to Alpine Meadows resort. You can see the roads are mostly clear. For the most part they are. Kind of some slushy conditions and good access for the rescue teams. An avalanche in the sierra this morning. Several victims are unaccounted for.
