WATERBURY, CT - Ms. Dorothy Lee Milligan, 65 of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at her home.
Ms. Milligan was born September 26, 1955, in Brooklyn, NY daughter to the late James and Rosemae (Copeland) Milligan.
Subscribe Dottie as she was also known as, attended various schools throughout New York, graduating in 1972. She was a hard worker and was employed by the United States Post Office for 27 years. Dottie had a passion for fashion and her outfits made her stand out and be admired wherever she went. Her vibrant personality lit up any room that she walked into. She loved music and enjoyed dancing to her favorite artists En Vogue or Earth, Wind, and Fire. You could not help but gravitate towards her amazing energy. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing softball, reading, watching horror movies, and spending time with her family and friends. We will miss her dearly.
