Several surveillance cameras in the area including one directly above the broken window. Several months ago the city increased overnight security and installed more cameras to detour tagging. It is something we should all be concerned about. But we arent making assumptions about what relationships it has with other news. Lowell police who tell me that these two children were pulled from a pool with critical injuries at the time here on freida lane in lowell.
