The first board meeting of the new year is scheduled for Thursday morning at City Hall. Following the Common Council meeting Wednesday night, the board is set to pass through various city expenditures that the council is set to approve. The funding comes from the 2024 budget, and includes such expenditures as $322,932 to the Jervis Public Library Association, $32,224 to the Rome Art and Community Center and $12,160 to the Capitol Civic Center.
