There are reports of a shooting in richmond with at least that driver crashing their car just off the off ramp off of 80 west. We will show you video from this scene. So the scene has cleared for quite some time, but information that were getting or our crews got from officers on the scene is that apparently the shooting happened just after 11 00 p. M. , its unclear if that shooting happened on the freeway but that convertible, that crash just off the off ramp off of 80 west and san pablo avenue.
