Get it to be consistent with the standards that most companies are complying with any way in the United States. Statutes are way out of date. The second is addressing the National Security authorities in the United States, u. S. Freedom act is one vehicle that does a nice job of addressing concerns. Particularly issues of bulk surveillance by u. S. Natural security. Those are two very important vehicles that are there ready to be passed and can help reduce the concerns about aggressive u. S.
