In order to gain readmission to the labour party, Jeremy Corbyn had to clarify the comments that got him suspended in the first place. He said that concerns about anti semitism werent exaggerated, hed simply meant that the vast majority of labour members were deeply opposed to anti semitism. But while he clarified those comments, he resisted pressure to apologise and that has reopened some of the old divisions.
