VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. Former local resident Tracey Guilliams of Martinsburg, W.Va., graduated with honors from Regent University Law School with the class of 2020.
She is a 1988 graduate of Brooke High School and a 1992 graduate of West Liberty State College, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree and a bachelor of science degree. Guilliams is the daughter of Susan Phillips of Beech Bottom and the late Honorable Paul J. Phillips.
Guilliams is a grant administrator with Berkeley County Council. She and her husband, Tom, live in Martinsburg with their two children, Tyler and Tori.
