Berkeley Co. Commission approves the acceptance of seven grant awards

MARTINSBURG — The Berkeley County Commission unanimously approved seven grant awards Thursday thanks to the work of the Berkeley County Grants Administrators Elizabeth Lapchak and Tracey Guilliams.
