The mall was supposed to close at 8 00 tonight, though dave and busters closes later. The mall has a few Jewelry Stores. Reports first came in around 7 30 of the robbery. I spoke with Milpitas Police a short time ago and they want to emphasize this. There was no active shooter in the mall, but they did give us details about what was happening inside.
