sean: welcome to hannity. we begin with a fox news alert, the epstein files have been released and we are now learning the names of more than 150 individuals allegedly associated with the powerful convicted pedophile. that includes former president bill clinton. we will get from pam bondi, and alan dershowitz, who once represented epstein in court and whose name appears on the list. he will join us. also tonight, shocking new video from nevada where a convicted criminal this is unbelievable brutally attacking that judge after she sentenced him to jail, and it goes on from there. we have a lot more coming up. later, i do have bad news for jon stewart, formerly of the daily show, who once begged me along with the jersey boys and nathan lane to stay in new york. you might remember. take a look. sean, you know you re mad at us, and you have every right to be. occupy wall street, governor cuomo, that we had smelled. new york has made a lot of big mistakes, but we are g
should do that one sentence and put it on legislation. sean: will mayorkas be impeached? we are always driven by the facts and evidence. i think the facts and evidence are pretty darn compelling for him. i also think the evidence is compelling for joe biden. that s why we have actually entered an impeachment inquiry. they took a vote, and they are moving forward with the witnesses, the final witnesses we need to depose before we make a determination. but i think the facts and evidence are already compelling for both individuals. sean: jim jordan, thank you so much, as always. we appreciate your time. breaking earlier tonight, the deferment of justice is now actually suing the state of texas as the biden administration is trying to stop what is a brand-new texas law that would allow police to arrest illegal immigrants after they crossed the border illegally. in other words, to do joe biden s job. this lawsuit is no surprise. the biden administration has pretty much done everything
border. homeland security secretary alejandro mayorkas even tried to blame the entire crisis on texas governor greg abbott. take a look. let me identify one fundamental problem here, and that is the fact that we have one governor in the state of texas who is refusing to cooperate with other governors and other local officials, and coordinate efforts to address a challenge that our country which, this country should send united to address what our country is facing. it s a remarkable failure of governance to refuse to cooperate with one s fellow local and state officials. sean: texas governor greg abbott s with us now. this is the same secretary, governor, that was saying the border is closed, the border is secure, there is no illegal immigration taking place, don t believe your own eyes. he blamed climate change,
allowed in the country. one sentence will do it. that sentence is, do not spend american tax dollars to process or release into the country any new migrants. that s what we have to try to get on every single piece of legislation that we can, and force joe biden to do the right thing. sean: so joe biden, we know, since he s been president, by illuminating the policies of donald trump that were working, he allowed 8.3 million people now crossing that border. all pretty much unvented, including some very hostile regimes toward this country, some of our biggest geopolitical photos. didn t joe biden take an oath to uphold the laws of our land, our constitution, every law based on that document? is the president now allowed to just pick and choose what laws he will enforce? is a president allowed to aid and abet in lawbreaking by offering free transportation? are governors allowed to offer free health care like is now
chicago, of the mayor of denver, and of california, things like that, where they say, oh, we want to be a century city and provide these free benefits to migrants, but then they start complaining when texas starts dropping them off into their states and communities. this is a responsibility caused by the joe biden administration, and these democrat mayors need to wake up to the reality that their communities are going to continue to face challenges, including more buses and planes, unless and until joe biden starts enforcing the immigration laws of the united states. sean: governor, i give you a lot of credit. you have tried to protect the people in your state. you are doing everything imaginable. the people of texas have had to bear the cost of this. you have shown great leadership. hope you and mack in every one of these cases, and we do appreciate your time, as always. thank you, governor. all right, coming up next, checking video showing a judge being attacked after she denied
