The outer lanes were reopened but the inner three remained closed while crews worked to get to the source and fix it. The Water Department cease our highest amount of water. Skyfox can herd this scene. Mainline for philly for northeast philly. You got people coming from like bensalem area. You got like woodhaven road. Reporter he runs a wholesale along the boulevard and the water main break slowed business. We sell stuff online. Customers come and pick up.
