New Delhi: Kareena Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor’s cousin, actor Armaan Jain, has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for questioning in a money laundering case.
The ED had conducted searches at Armaan’s house in Mumbai on Tuesday (February 9), the day when his uncle, actor Rajiv Kapoor breathed his last. The central agency had concluded the searches and allowed Armaan and his mother Rima Jain to attend the funeral of their relative, IANS reported.

Mumbai: Armaan Jain, the grandson of late actor Raj Kapoor who was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in an alleged money laundering case on Thursday, did not appear before the agency.
Jain is the cousin of Bollywood actors Karisma, Kareena and Ranbir Kapoor. He is due to make his debut with
Lekar Hum Deewana Dil.
As per reports, the ED summoned the debutant in a matter related to the Tops Grup money laundering case. The actor s name came up when the ED was probing a case filed against Shiv Sena leader Pratap Sarnaik. Sarnaik, 56, represents the Ovala-Maijwada constituency of Thane in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and is also a spokesperson for his party.
