Shortly after its release, MONSTA X has been on the path to dominating the Japanese music industry with Flavors of Love, topping the Oricon and Tower Records charts.
Released last May 5, Flavors of Love is the Starship Entertainment boy group s third Japanese-language album and their eighth overall. Showing its immense popularity, the album topped the Tower Records Weekly Album Charts, dated May 3 to May 9.

MONSTA X dominated the Japanese charts - Oricon and Tower Records singles charts - with the single Wanted last March 2021. It then conquered additional spots on both charts with Wish on the Same Sky and Love Killa (Japanese Ver.).

On Wednesday, May 12, MONSTA X member Kihyun and I.M, alongside former group member Wonho, were seen at Gimpo International Airport. The trio had arrived from a flight from Jeju Island to Banghwa-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. It has been reported that the three returned home after a private trip on the island. This is the first time Wonho has been seen with MONSTA X since 2019.
