Parks Board settles for cheaper request to repair Memorial Park lights

Great Pumpkin Festival enters 15th year at Gregory Park

The 15th-annual community event celebrating fall returns Saturday, Oct. 15, to Gregory Park. Activities include pumpkin-rolling, sack, three-legged, wheelbarrow and bouncy ball races; pumpkin judging; a pumpkin hunt; face-painting; booths and vendors; horse rides and more.

A doggone good idea led to Buster Park s creation in Brainerd

Buster Park was a dog park created between Boom Lake and the Mississippi River near Kiwanis Park. The off-leash, fenced-in park includes playground equipment for dogs and is divided into two areas by dog personalities. The park was named after Buster, a Boston terrier.
