Two Tillsonburg residents are facing multiple charges after police completed a search of a Tillsonburg home Friday.
The Oxford OPP said members of the Oxford, Brant, Norfolk and Middlesex OPP detachments executed a search warrant on the Goshen Street home and seized suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine, as well as Canadian money.

“Our community street crimes unit has been very proactive with illicit drug investigations,” Insp. Tony Hymers, the Oxford OPP detachment commander, said. “This is yet another example that highlights the need for the police and the community to work in partnership to resolve crime issues.

Person suffers life threatening injuries after industrial accident
A 34-year-old had to be airlifted to a London hospital after an industrial accident in Norwich Township Wednesday left them with serious life threatening injuries.

The Oxford OPP said Ornge air ambulance took the person and the Ministry of Labour have been notified and are continuing to investigate.
The OPP said Oxford County paramedics and the Norwich Township fire department also attended the scene.

Police investigating theft of equipment
The Oxford OPP are asking for the public’s help locating a large industrial-grade diesel vacuum system that was stolen from an Ingersoll home last weekend.

Police said unknown suspects went to the Wilson Street address between Dec. 18 and Dec. 21 and stole the large vacuum.
Police described the yellow vacuum had Detroit engine with a 1,200 CFM blower attached. It’s estimated to be weigh 12,000 kilograms and worth roughly $25,000.
