Jessica rae erick de leon was formerly a soccer coach and director of a program for at risk youth at North High School in sioux city. De leon was arrested back in january for performing sex acts with a 16 year old student. Earlier this year he pleleed guilty to s sual exploitation by a School Employee and today, he received a five year suspended jail sentence, with a three year period of probation.
