The courtroom because the be Pennsylvania Supreme Court reversed the superior courts decision to overturn lynns conviction. He had been on house arrest for the past 16 months after the superior court ruled in his favor that the child endangerment law didnt provide to supervisors. The Prosecutor Says he needs to go back to prison where he belongs. The judge revoked bail as this case heads back to superior court for review. Lynns attorney stepped outside and took aim at the judge. I think there is no support legally or factually for what she did, period. Shes wrong, and im going to prove it. The order of the superior court has not been changed. She has no authority to revoke his bail period in my view. Reporter that attorney there says he will file an emergency appeal to try to get william lynn out of prison or released altogether. Hes on his way back to state prison.
