york. how did he feel about the sentence. the factor spoke to the prosecutors in this case and they were astounding and outraged about this case. you had in this case two victims that were willing to prosecute. willing to cooperate. prosecution did not sign off on any deals with the judge? absolutely not. they filed objections with the court objecting to the intended sentence. this is wrong, we don t want it. yes. and they had state of new york the judge can override all of that and impose this guy could have gotten life, right? he pled guilty to all counts. bill: 48. open plea to the courts. there was nothing left for the prosecutors to work with to proceed on those separate charges. bill: still, 48 felonies of child rape sends you away for life in a decent society. it s absolutely outrageous. this hand should not be on the bench. this is a miscarriage of justice committing crimes against children. you are making the case for mandatory minimums here especially
