Into the victims vehicle, i would say from 1015 seconds is all it takes to break into a car and theyre gone. Yeah, we get a lot of breakins in the area. We try to i just want to say goodbye. We let them know theres been a lot of vehicle breakins in this area specifically, they target this area, rental cars or vehicles with visible items. This is just warning about vehicle breakins. Another question occurred to me, related to the previous item, do we have a sense about how many money fast tracking navigation centers, fast tracking beds, fast tracking shelters, how much through, how much construction dollars its going to cost through the emergency ordinance. What i can tell you, for the two sites, the 10 million covers all the onetime costs of getting the sites ready and covers the current year, almost all the operating costs if the sites are up and running, as fast as we are hoping, and i wanted to thank supervisor ronens office and the supervisors for moving this forward. The first ambulance on the scene. Could you go into detail on the numbers. They look pretty good but am i reading it right . You are. 90 all the time. Starting with the first unit on scene, commissioner veronese brought up, the qrvs would help that one. Thats when we get our first unit there to the code three responses. The 90th percentage 5. 18. What they want us to be 4. 50. That would be the goal. Thats why i say the qrvs would help there. Thats where we get the most calls, theyd get there quick. I think it would bring it closer to 4. 5. The second section, the first als unit on scene, including the engines or ambulances or rescue captain. Were mandated to get them 90th percentage under 7 minutes and were at basically 6. 326. Emergency response, the last one is the first ambulance on scene the goal there, 90th percentage were not meeting it this month, it could have to do with new years eve but usually around nine minutes, the 90th percentage.
