Will be counted unless theres evidence that the ballot was mailed after election day mailin ballots, especially those received after the election has been a source of controversy in p. A. , republicans leaders calling on the secretary of state to resign over her guidance on how counties should deal with those ballots and if ballots received after election day should be kept separate from those received by election day a short time ago, the governor addressing that controversy.
