At times during the estimated hour long protest traffic came to a stand still, as members of the philly chapter of the surge, showing up, for Racial Justice hit the street. Their message is similar to protest across the country expressing outrage over recent deaths of two have africanamerican men by Law Enforcement and killing of the Six Police Officers killed by an africanamerican man, later set to be targeting white police officers.
