The reason that they are seeing the increase is because of the proliferation of mobile devices and their size. 23yearold Zachery Bishop admitted to recording two young girls as they undressed in a target dressing room in bedford. As part of the plea bargain, bishop pled guilty to two counts of violation of privacy. Back on june 22, bishop recorded the two girls, ages 14 and 16, in the dressing room of the target on south river road. Bishop admitting he used his cell phone while he was in a dressing room adjacent to the girls. One of the two females did the subject fled.
