Investigation. An expected vote by the House Judiciary Committee on articles of impeachment was postponed. The vote is expected this morning. The decision by Committee Chairman jerry nadler to delay the vote came after more than 12 hours of grueling debate. Republicans on the panel erupted in anger following the announcement.
