I think that the talent is it comes down to leadership. As you look at these guys, it took decades to emerge as leaders, and eventually they became public figures. We just reversed the model now and public figures first who later become leaders. The Boothbay Harbor selectboard accepted a resignation from Planning Board Chair Tom Churchill during its Feb. 12 meeting. In his resignation letter, Churchill said he is unable to follow planning board rules for attendance and decided to resign. “.
