And the big headline is that part of that proposal would be to cut Traffic Enforcement from the Police Department so to not have police pull people over for traffic violations, and this is believed to be that it would be the first city in the nation to make this move. Now, this is the first step in creating a City Department of transportation and that would allow for unarmed City Employees to deal with Traffic Enforcement. School district announced today that its 54,000 students will be getting their Education Online this fall. The district summit said the decision was made after reviewing evidence from Health Officials as well as getting input from staff, students and families. School administrators will reveal more about how this is going to work in the next few weeks. When im on zoom with my 18 students, there is only so much we can do. At least they can see each other and i can put them in breakout rooms and they can chat and have recess. But there is no substitute for being in school live with your students.
