If you re anything like me, one of life s little frustrations is trying to figure out what day the trash will be picked up following a holiday.
Without fail, no matter if it s Independence Day or Arbor Day, my wife and I will always quizzically ask each other if the trash will be picked-up on our normal day or the day after. Invariably, we end up leaving it out for days. What with Christmas coming and tons more garbage than a normal week (boxes, paper, etc.) you DEFINITELY do not want to not have your trash cans out on the correct day!

Metcalf is not wearing full pads while outstretched to catch a pass. The picture perfectly captures every muscle, sinew and fiber of Metcalf s legendary freakish physique.

The Washington State Department of Health has employed the service of Stone Gossard of of the legendary Seattle rock band Pearl Jam to help them spread awareness of a new application that lets people know if they have come into contact with anybody that has Covid-19.
WA Notify is a free exposure tool that can be enabled in iPhone settings or downloaded as an app from the Google Play Store for Android phones here: https://bit.ly/3g3jBvH. Users can opt out at any time. Once voluntarily activated, phones with WA Notify use Bluetooth technology to exchange random codes with the phones of other users they are near. It does this without revealing a user’s identity or location. Users who test positive for COVID-19 can enter a verification code provided by public health into WA Notify, so that other users who have been near them within the last 14 days can be anonymously alerted and take appropriate action.
Some Grinch Ripped Off the Yakima Ice Rink [PHOTOS] Tis the season to be jolly. Unfortunately, tis the season for those real-life Grinches to come out of the woodwork and spoil this season of peace on Earth and good will towards their fellow man.
In a gut-punch of a post on their official Facebook page Wednesday (December 16), the good folks at the Yakima Ice Rink posted a series of photos and a description of what was stolen and destroyed after a thief, or thieves, broke into rink.
The damage looks pretty devastating. The worst part is that the rink is totally run by volunteers and donations. With the pandemic mostly shutting it down, the rink was already struggling mightily to keep its head above water.
