Facebook Share SPRINGFIELD - Local, state and federal law enforcement on Tuesday arrested four suspects Tuesday as part of a year-long investigation into an organized drug trafficking operation supplying heroin to Hampden County, according to the Massachusetts State Police. The arrests at four residences and multiple vehicles in different locations resulted in the confiscation of a half-kilo of heroin, already packaged for street sales, one firearm, and $20,000 in cash, said state police spokesman David Procopio.
