The National Commission for Women (NCW) has claimed that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal s former aide Bibhav Kumar, who has been accused of abusing Aam Aadmi Party MP Swati Maliwal, was called to the chief minister s residence after she reached there and sought details on whose direction was he called.
The Delhi Police on Monday took Bibhav Kumar, who is allegedly involved in an assault on Aam Aadmi Party MP Swati Maliwal, to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal s residence for a recreation of the alleged crime scene, an officer said.
The details of the alleged assault on Maliwal, which took place at Kejriwal s official residence on Monday, emerged on Friday as the Rajya Sabha MP appeared before a magistrate to record her statement in the case.
