Market bottomed out, of course there were great opportunities to pick up properties for a fraction of the previous value, but it was challenging to flip them because banks really werent lending to a majority of the buyers, so even if you had the cash, got an incredible deal on a property, there were really few buyers that could actually get financing that you could sell it to. But now prices are steadily on the rise, and banks are lending more, and people are starting to get back on their feet. Yeah, definitely. The market is becoming very active again. Were definitely experiencing what is called a recovery. And this has created a whole new wave of realestate opportunities all over the country. We just flipped this house behind us, another one on the same street, and one right around the corner. We are profiting from more deals now than ever before. Thats how crazy it is.
