Friday, the Department of Health in Pinellas County opened registration for about 10,000 appointments, filling up in less than 50 minutes. “Whoever we contracted with is doing a very poor job and I don’t care if the number of vaccines are fairly limited that doesn’t mean that the way we curtail that is to have a sloppy website,” said Dr. Stephen Liggett, a resident and vice dean of the Morsani College of Medicine at USF.
