Convicted child killer Judith Ann Neelley has been again denied parole (Thursday) for the slaying of a 13-year-old girl that took place more than four decades ago. Neelley will be eligible again in 5 years but still has a life sentence to serve consecutively in Georgia following her release from prison in Alabama (if that occurs).
The denial of parole means Neelley will continue to serve her life sentence for the brutal slaying of Lisa Millican at Julia Tutwiler Prison in Alabama.
