IPS Manish Kumar and IAS Ria Dabi are both from the UPSC 2021 batch. Initially, the two were friends. They got together at the LBSNAA Academy in Mussoorie, according to Dainik Bhaskar.
Her hard work paid off and she eventually clinched success on her third attempt. She cleared both her Prelims and Mains and went on to top the interview round as well.
She achieved this feat in 2014 when she passed the UPSC Civil Services Examination, securing 731 marks in the mains examination and an impressive 220 out of 275 marks in the interview round, earning her the 107th rank overall.
