A Middletown car wash that sold for $700,000 a year ago sold for more than three times as much in February, according to city records.
A car wash has stood at 593 Washington St. for more than two decades, according to a 2018 report in the Middletown Press. Last March the 1.2-acre property and associated facility sold to 593 Washington St. Realty LLC for $700,000, according to city assessing records.
Dominick D’Agostino, of Madison, is principal of 593 Washington St. Realty, according to state records.
