Jonathan “Jonny” David Hendricks – age 14 of Holly. Jonny passed away peacefully Saturday, May 1, 2021, fighting off the effects of a long battle with leukemia. He faced every new challenge with confidence and determination; he never gave up, even when he was at his worst. Jonny’s motto was, “Tough Times Don’t Last, Tough Kids Do!” Jonny may have lost the fight, but he won the battle; he was cancer free. Jonny was a kind, loving, generous person, with a magnetic personality, which left an unforgettable impression on everyone he met. He was honest, open and true to himself, and considered himself a pan-romantic, non-gendered, person who loved everyone. She was never afraid to express her opinion about something she truly believed in. Jonny’s goal in life was simply to be the best person that she could be.
