It is modern. But, for the design and embracing the neighborhood it is warm, friendly, vibrant, Thriving Community would you imagine that . Flower vendors, wholesalers, buyers, florists, caterers, like us, and artists will all be there where we belong. Flower market will definitely be an added tourist attraction for them to visit, and help bless us. We are here, a local resident who enjoys a gym in our city. A correct manner that there are on no unnecessary delays. We would urge every other neighborhood that is facing such a major disruption to business to follow our footsteps. I dont think we will have any time of any kind of Lease Agreement any time soon, but we do have the specs, which was a wish list for what they want. Within priced it out, we have a study, and the next section will be engagement with a catchment designer and going over the next level of detail. I dont know in terms of timing.
