Aldon smith in trouble with the law again tonight. He is already facing drunk driving and weapons possession charges in the bay area and now facing new charges after an incident at l. A. X. Tmz sports posted this video of 49ers linebacker aldon smith arguing with police after being arrested in the Southwest Airlines terminal at l. A. X. The trouble started when Airport Police say smith became belligerent with the tsa agent after he was selected to undergo additional screening. He apparently told the agent he had a bomb before walking toward a boarding gate. Witnesses say smith appeared to be drunk.
