A building fire is now under control after it forced more than two dozen people from their homes. steve it happened on mason street between washington and jackson streets. Accusations on her Facebook Page, saying her actions with the officers were not only consented to but also legal. Reporter well, we went to the home of the woman at the center of this investigation. The person who answered the door said no comment. But we opened up her Facebook Page about an hour ago where we got a reaction. Late tonight the woman at the center of this investigation posted a response on facebook saying she did not have sexual relations with any current opd officer while under age, and that her relationships began after she turned 18. The woman, allegedly connected with the three officers through facebook. Those officers now under investigation for Sexual Misconduct. Today i issued an executive directive. The mayor says that that directive requires the Oakland Police department to notify the District Attorneys Office whenever there is any suspicion of criminal conduct by an officer. The accident. The Oakland Police department is investigating whether three officers had sexual relations with a woman who may have been under age at the time. Last night that woman responded on her Facebook Page that her relationships were consensual and legal because they began after she turned 18. Police say the case began to unfold last september when this officer Brendon Obrien committed suicide. Sources say he left a note revealing the alleged Sexual Misconduct and other officers who may have been involved. I tasked the office of Inspector General in the Police Department with doing a review of offduty misconduct cases over the last several years.
