A pretty wide street. It actually doesnt get a lot of traffic and there is a lot of opportunity as an entry way into the western portion of western soma to green that significantly and grate green scape for residents and businesses in that area, and then also a child care facility within western soma which is definitely needed, and calls out specifically near eighth and ringgold but a facility in general is definitely needed. So in the same vain currently on the eastern neighborhoods cac there are four non Voting Members from western soma that sit on the committee. With the adoption of this plan and eastern neighborhoods part of the plan the vote members would be Voting Member exercise go from 19 to 19 members. The board supervisors would increase the appointments from nine to 11 and district six getting the extra two and mayors pointees increase from six to eight and at large numbers increase from two to three so that say run down of some of the details in the zoning and the planning

Any additional Public Comment on this item . Seeing none, commissioner antonini . I have a few questions on some of the items. You mentioned an increase of 20 insquarefootage or one more additional dwelling units that would trigger the requirement, would that be for a private residence too . If you just added 20 to your residence . So any building . But it could be a private residence or a private home . Yes. Okay. I dont quite understand that. Maybe if you could describe the parking requirements for a small residential building, its just garage space that is sufficient. That is all. For buildings of four units or less, sorry, for buildings less than four units, there wont need to be any rocks. It just needs to be sufficient space for bikes in their garage or any other storage space. For buildings of four or more units there are requirements for one bicycle space for each unit. And then any building that adds another unit or adds 20 ofsquarefootage to the building will be subject to th
Death debt and so am i and when you look at this, its they could achieve and if you look at it five years later and when it hits the buildings what will happen in five years how will it be you have to think in against, like five years later. Ten years later you have to see you are creating a city for people you are not just create ago city like in a game . So, i would like to say, this is not really for students, so thank you. Good evening commissioners im here to read a letter from jeffly fern unanimous des whos a student. The Student Housing only benefits one person not a family or group of people whos looking for Affordable Housing, thus its not even Affordable House because the shoe box is so over priced imagine a man working hard and he only gets a thousand dollars a month and he cannot pay the whole room and even if he can he will not be able to buy food for himself because most of his salary goes to the rent. This is the letter. Thank you. Good afternoon commissioners my name is
For our members and our contractors. Please consider it. Thank you. Thank you. [speaker not understood], with San Francisco tomorrow. A commendable worthy design, well thought out project. The issue i wish to raise is environmental quality. That not to add to the Developers Cost which is commendable, but that the city share an impact required by state law with regard to ceqa that has not been adequately presented. This is a question of cumulative development. All development occurring in the central city and around this project which the city lacks the mitigation resources and implementation to affect you with the full impact. I remind you, this is a city. Were between 80 and 90 of all residents and not the port to buy or represent in the city. This is a citywide concern and it is an area concern. I havent heard this addressed. Thank you. Good afternoon, tim colin on behalf of the San Francisco Housing Action coalition and on behalf of our 70 something members. This project was present
